Regional Youth Forum: “EUth Negotiators of the Future”

Strategers Institute, in partnership with Partners Albania for Change and Development, NVO Centar za omladinsku edukaciju from Montenegro, and Regional School of Public Administration– ReSPA, invites young people from North Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro to apply for the Regional Youth Forum: “EUth Negotiators of the Future”, which will be held in Podgorica, Montenegro, 1-3 October 2026

The project has been funded by the Western Balkans Fund and European Union Joint Action, under the Call for Regional Project Proposals of the Grant for Grassroot Initiatives.

📌 About the Forum
The Forum will bring together young participants from the three countries to learn, exchange and practice how EU accession negotiations work.
Participants will take part in expert sessions, interactive discussions, group work and a practical EU accession negotiation simulation. They will explore the EU integration process, regional cooperation and negotiation practices, and will jointly develop recommendations for a Regional Youth Policy Paper.

❗ Who can apply?
Young people aged 18–30 from North Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro who are interested in:
🔹 EU integration and enlargement;
🔹 regional cooperation;
🔹 youth participation;
🔹 public policy and governance;
🔹 negotiation and diplomacy;
🔹 civic engagement.
Students, young professionals, youth activists and civil society representatives are encouraged to apply.

Number of participants
A total of 21 participants will be selected:
✅ 7 from North Macedonia;
✅ 7 from Albania;
✅ 7 from Montenegro.

Selected participants will be provided with accommodation, meals and organized transfer related to the Forum.
