Blerta Zeqiri
Blerta holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from CEIPI, Strasbourg, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from South East European University, Skopje. She is also a recipient of a U.S. State Department Alumni Certificate and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Scholarship.
Blerta worked at the Institute of Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of the Albanians as Junior Associate for Master’s and Doctoral Degree Programs and Public Relations, at the State Office of Industrial Property as a Associate focusing on intellectual property rights, and at the Ministry of Finance as an Advisor in the Minister’s Cabinet, overseeing organizational affairs.
She serves an important role in legal and administrative affairs, ensuring smooth organizational operations and effective sector monitoring. Her experience spans public administration, intellectual property, and international cooperation, working closely with leadership teams to manage strategic initiatives, legal documentation, and policy coordination.
