Strategers Institute and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv are proud to announce the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a new era of cooperation in research, education, and policy development.

The MoU was formally signed on 10 November 2025 at Skopje by the authorized representatives of both institutions — Professor Fatmir Besimi, President of the Board at Strategers, and Professor Volodymyr Bugrov, Rector of Taras Shevchenko University.

Key Areas of Collaboration

Through this partnership, the Parties commit to working jointly in the following strategic areas:

International Research and Innovation

Development of joint research, innovation, and capacity-building projects under Horizon Europe and other international or regional cooperation frameworks.

Leadership Training for European Integration

Co-creation of structured learning pathways including certificate programs, executive workshops, and specialized training to strengthen leadership capacity in European integration.

EU Enlargement and Policy Publications

Joint development of academic and policy-oriented publications and handbooks, studies and analytical reports on EU enlargement, accession methodology, legal frameworks, and the evolving geopolitical landscape of Europe.

Academic Mobility and Expert Exchange

Encouraging knowledge exchange through participation in international conferences, expert lectures, research visits and collaborative academic events.

Together, the Parties step forward with a common vision for progress, excellence and meaningful contribution to the academic and policy ecosystems of Europe.
